Student tuition fees protest – London

Says the Guardian:

An estimated 10,000 students are expected to take part in today’s march in response to government funding cuts and a tripling of maximum tuition fees.

Says the Telegraph:

The largest single police presence to be deployed in Britain since this summer’s riots will be on the streets today as anarchists threaten to turn the student protest into a “sea of rage”.

Either way, it promises to be a strong response from the youth of this country, who are demanding cheaper, and in many cases, free education.

The police are already waiting for them, armed with plastic bullets.

You can follow the Guardian’s live blog of the event as it happens.
